    Condensation of the windshield

We purchased a Buick Verano two weeks ago and its been in the shop once and now it is STUCK in our garage, we have only drive it to the dealer TWICE! I am so disappointed!!
I have condensation of the windshield when we drive the car early in the morning or at night. The windshield fog up and the only way to clear it up is to use the windshield wiper! When we took it to the shop they said that they call the BUICK and that they said that is the normal operation of the car. Really is that NORMAL? That is unbelievable!!!! I can't understand why there is not a recall from the Buick to solve this issue. We lease a new car trying to avoid any surprise from a used car and what we get? An incredible surprise, a huge safety issue. We have two kids and to me it is not safe to drive this car at morning or night with the kids. If for any reason the wipers break or don't work you are going to get an accident for sure. We have been trying to solve this problem with the dealer but they said there is nothing else they can do. We were happy when we got the buick since our other car is a GMC (For 9 years) but I think that if this problem is not solve it will be our last GMC/Buick car.

    Hello,

Have you contacted your local Buick dealer for a diagnosis? I'd be more than happy to assist with that. You are more than welcome to message me with regards to these vehicle concerns as well to start a case.

Yes we contacted the dealer and we took it to fix it, they tried but they couldn t so they callrd Buick and they told that it is the normal operation of the car. They said they can t do anything, we contacted buick customer service and they told the same story...no one can do anything about it. Such a safety issue and nothing they can do, what a dissapointment
