That's for sure think they are Subsidized by Toyota .. Not saying Toyota is not a good car but CR makes you think they drive themselves and never have problems ..

i think now they are thinking seriously about to make some serious changes in his infrastructure because they got record complaints this year and sale of cruze models comes down rapidly in this year.So i hope they will improve on next model

    Hi all-

It's been a while since I logged in here because I really have nothing to report EXCEPT that my 2013 Verano Turbo is GREAT and NOTHING like my previous 2011 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS that had erratic acceleration issues that a GM engineer said was "operating as designed"! PURE BS! I found it quite amusing to read a while back that Cadillac was recalling one of their SUVs for hesitation when accelerating! That was the SAME thing my Cruze did even though the Caddy and the Cruze have different engines and transmissions! I guess because it's a Cadillac, they take better care of their customers and screw the Chevy owners!

I can't tell you how THRILLED I am that GM is in all this trouble! Karma got to them sooner than I expected! MAYBE now, when a customer has a LEGITIMATE complaint, they will take it more seriously instead of telling us that there was no code in the computer! GM has swept way too many things under the rug and now the rug has been pulled back and all kinds of "ghosts" are appearing!

My Verano has not had ONE single issue. There has been one recall from ages ago about sticking door handles or something like that, but I have not brought it in yet because my doors are fine. I love GM cars, but NOT the way they treat you when there is a problem. Too much talk and NO action! Trust me. With my Cruze, I talked to customer service (useless), 3 different people in the "business resource center" (useless) and 1 person in GM corporate (useless)! Like I said, all talk, stalling and no action!

I feel sorry for the people who bought their Cruze because with all their problems, I'm sure they weren't worth much at trade in time. I leased mine for 3 years, but was lucky to get out of it after 2 years without it costing me one dime! It was gone 6 days after the GM engineer said it was fine!

I hope all you Verano owners here are having as good luck as I am with my car.
Accept mediocrity and that's all you'll ever get.

Replaced with Crystal Red 2013 Buick Verano Turbo with Nav on 1/31/13-2/29/16.
