Thumbs down service LOL what a joke

ok this may not be in the right place but anyway . I got a new 2012 Verano looks great runs great sound great ok its great .... but on the highway on a clear day but very cold with a little ice strips /under pass . doing around 55 mph the back tires will slide like a little kick out just a little . you feel it it like wow . so I had a new G6 about 5 years ago that did the same thing and told the service dept. at the dealership and they put it on the rack and said it was a little off and reset the alinement and it was great I will add this took about a hour . ok so I call the service dept ( same one ) and they said well bring it in and we will check it , plus its time for your 1st oil change ... cool . now for the best part . I bring it in at 10 a.m. and have call ahead for a loaner car . and told them I have my car back by 2 pm . they sure we can do that . so I call about 2 pm and I was told that it was not ready yet but we will call you when it is ready . ok I am late for work its 4:30 pm and I call and they said they look at the tires and they are ok . OK you just looked at the tires . did you put it on the alinement rack ... no ! so I go to pick it up and they just started the oil change. yes I happy I got a 7 hour oil change and they put in 40 pounds of air in the tires . thats right 40 all 4 tires . I could have gone to discount tire and got a check up in 15 min.

    jdtogo,

Sorry to hear about your poor service experience, and wanted to apologize on behalf of Chevy for the long wait and the inconvenience this caused you. Hopefully, this won't happen again. If you would like to submit a customer service complaint to express your dissatisfaction, you are welcome to. If so, please private message me your first and last name, the last 8-digits of your VIN, current mileage and the involved dealership.

Thank you for being a Chevy Customer!

You are not the only person with a seven hour Buick service oil change. And hey Buick service,... You guys say you want to help but every time I message you guys I get no real response back. I'd like a new car honestly.... 25 reported issues on a 2012 car? Starts with a L

    Vanessa-

Are you in the right forum? I thought jdtogo said that he has a 2012 BUICK VERANO- not a Chevy unless they are all being lumped together! God forbid! I hope MY 2013 Verano is NOTHING like my CRAPPY 2011 Cruze LTZ RS was!
Accept mediocrity and that's all you'll ever get.

Replaced with Crystal Red 2013 Buick Verano Turbo with Nav on 1/31/13-2/29/16.
