Have you been able to tune with the 2.5l motor yet? I wanted to get 300hp out of my verano once I get some brakes who like high speed slow downs.. I have the 2.4l tho. So.. Should I wait till I trade for the 2.5 ?thanks for your interest in veranos!

Thanks. I hope to see where this goes. I know its a little early since the Verano hasnt been out that long but i know there a some die hard performance junkies here.

Buick Verano Performance/Motorsports

I will get a performance section up. The position I am asking is for moderating only as I will still remain as the Administrator on the site and will handle all administrative functions of the site itself. The assistance in moderating post or thread is what is required.

Verano Performance / Motorsports Section

Let me be the first one to make this suggestion / offer. There needs to be a Verano Performance section here. I am willing to help contribute / moderate it. Though full time administration without any compensation isn't realistically possible unless / until I become a vendor here (have some dreams), I am willing to work the Performance section. I have considerable experience on the topic, platform, and related things. My current job, car, and goals all point to putting my chips on the future of Verano racing. If the end result is that in a few years the line sells poorly, the economy is crap, and all we have is a few and proud sleepers with surprising accomplishments and answering performance modification questions for those who would dare upgrade their 'Summer', that is fine with me. I work in a billion dollar VW racing industry, and the Buick V.T. would mop the floor with 90% of GTIs. The base 2.4 is no slouch either, in this lightest of triple shields - especially when properly tuned. So let me know forum.
