    Customer Assistance Representative

I would like to introduce myself as a Customer Assistance Representative from the GM Social Media group. The GM Social Media team is responsible for scanning over sixty forums, including this one, in order to provide customer service to those who utilize them. While we are not able to provide technical assistance, we are able to help in terms of customer assistance. This would include interacting with the customer in hopes that we can reach some kind of resolution together. We are looking forward to assisting those with concerns on the site. I can understand and appreciate you wanting to ensure that this is a legitimate outreach from GM. We are eager to be joining this online community and hope that we are able to provide some assistance here. Thank you.

    Evan, Buick Customer Service

Thanks for joining this site Buick! I know a lot of members on this forum will have a lot of questions about the Verano and the future of this vehicle since I believe it will go through quite a few changes within the next few years.

Great car me and everyone that see it loves it. I have 2 issues. 1) the turn signal feels loose when using it for a left turn 2) The trunk only closes when I use extreme force

Weird. My turn signal is too stiff in both directions. My trunk closes easily, but doesn't sit flush with the sides of the car (so the chrome pieces don't line up). It's awkward.

My only real issue is the lack of lumbar support. Still looking for an aftermarket solution to this that isn't a clunky pillow...

@Buick Customer Service: Will there be an optional dealer-installed OnStar auto-dimming mirror with back-up camera accessory offered? I would pay good money for this, but don't really want to buy one for another vehicle and attempt to retrofit it.
